Poor Service when it comes to cash claim

Kingdom blue funerals when it comes to claims they are so poor and no proper communications for a claim to take more than 2 weeks, they keep on saying 72 hours claim is at claims or 3rd party. This is not on Mr Letsoalo naye is not helpfull their line is not going through. may I please get clarrification with the claim they are running around the bush.
