Poor service from Kingdom Blue Funeral never take their insurance!!!

I have made a death claim on the 1st November 2023, till today they have not made any payout the funeral depends on the money. They are giving me assessment and verification stories for whole full week. What kind of insurance is this? I'm paying each and every month without a fail and when it comes to you making a claim you have beg them for your money?
