***** -More than 3 months waiting for a payment

We submitted a claim more than 2 months ago . We ownered our monthly obligations for years paying them 390 monthly but to date the service provider has failed to meet their contractual obligation .I am lost of words on how such an organization can take advantage of disadvantaged people and not pay out All the time when we follow up we are told you will be paid in 72 hours . The staff members also don't understand their own terms and conditions , they just read out 72 hours , yet the claim is also past 3 months
