Service very Pathetic. Agent in Capetown **** to the extent that we ended up not taking her calls. This is after payment was done. Having people in Jhb helped in getting the truth and process of repatriation a body from Cape to Zimbabwe. What Capetown agent says is not what Jhb (Khaya says)

Well when we got the body in Jhb we thought it was over when in actual fact the worst was to come. After the final service, we had to wait for 3hours, this is when we got agitated and got harsh. As we did not know what paperwork we had to wait for. Khaya (Jhb mooi branch) disappeared on me. Management was nowhere to be found but one mature lady came and spoke to the guys loading the coffin into the trailer. As if that was not enough, the trailer was faulty and the lights not working so we had to wait another hour. (I have images of all this) One would think that is the worst, the worst was yet to come! Turns out our wait was for the members of staff to go around collecting groceries to be sent in the Quantumn we paid for.

As we board the vehicle we found heaps and heaps of Groceries. Kingdom Blue I paid for an empty Quantumn and trailer not a staff carrier!

This is the worst funeral palour I have ever come across. A time of grieving is not a time to be taken advantage of!
