DONT TRUST KINGDOM BLUE FUNERALS/INSURANCE

My sisters husband died 10 days ago, she has funeral policy with kingdom blue funerals and obviously submitted a claim. It’s been almost a week since the claim was submitted and to date they are not doing anything. How on earth are you expected to lay your loved ones to rest with such pathetic service !!!? They have absolutely no work ethic, no customer service and no COMPASSION!!! You are in the wrong line of business !! Imagine a body having to be in a mortuary for to weeks before the family can lay him to rest!! Its a week later and now they saying it takes 3 working days fir assessment and 72 working hours to pay… this is ridiculous so the family will have to wait an additional 5-10 days !!! Heartless and useless !! This type of policies should take 48hrs max to process and pay. Its not life cover and its not even a big amount !!!
