Bad service from KINGDOM BLUE FUNERALS

Kingdom blue is playing us really bad. I have been with them for more than 5years, I have filed for my cash back claim since May 2024. No response from them till today 2Sept 2024. Their communication is very bad and their so called Royal service is slowly declining. I want answers as to why I have to wait for so long to get the cash back. I read one of their Facebook coments saying they will only pay from February 2025 .... Why so long? Why fool people and give empty promises
