Absolutely ********** experience and deeply unprofessional behavior from the owners of Kingdom Aquatics. It’s genuinely disappointing, because their auctions are fun, but the customer service is appalling. My partner and I have purchased from them multiple times. And every single time, there's been excuses and long delays before receiving our orders. On our second purchase, roughly 95% of the livestock and plants arrived DOA. We never received a refund. Instead, we were issued store credit by Pravin and Tery. The third time was worse. From an entire auction order, we received only lights and plants, no livestock at all. The reason for this was due to "bad weather." The plants we ordered were also incorrect (we ordered pearl****, but received Hemianthus callitrichoides instead, which subsequently died, as my tank is not set up for such a plant). When we followed up on the missing livestock - paid for at the end of October 2025 - we were met with more excuses. Three months later, nothing has arrived. At this point, my partner had spent just over R1000. On 30 January, Pravin announced in the auction group that they would only be operational by end of February 2026, meaning yet another delay. We accepted that we would likely never receive our livestock and chose to walk away from the money entirely. When we communicated this decision, the response from Pravin was dismissive and unprofessional, which speaks volumes about how customer concerns are handled. I've uploaded a screenshot of his response as proof. I strongly advise fellow fishkeepers to stay away from Kingdom Aquatics. Fun auctions mean nothing if orders aren’t fulfilled, livestock arrives dead or missing, and customers are treated dismissively.

I have had a prolonged and intensely frustrating experience with Kingdom Aquatics spanning July 2025 to January 2026. This has involved repeated payments, missed dispatch dates, an order with almost entirely DOA livestock, and ongoing delays with no clear resolution. Over several months, I was given multiple promised shipping dates that were repeatedly missed. Delays were attributed to changing reasons, including ongoing illness, operational and weather-related issues. Communication has been inconsistent, with long periods of no response unless followed up repeatedly. When my first order was eventually shipped after three delays, the fish arrived in good condition. After a series of multiple delays, when the second shipment was delivered, most livestock arrived DOA. A refund was requested, followed up on, and ultimately denied, with store credit taken instead. Additional payments and auction wins continued to be accepted despite ongoing fulfilment issues. By January 2026, updates indicated continued delays with no firm timelines. At that point, my partner and I withdrew after six months. After we withdrew, the owner stated publicly that the livestock would still be dispatched once operations resumed. However, this did not result in any shipment or timeline, and no firm resolution has been reached. I both sympathize and empathize with difficult circumstances, but after such an extended period and repeated missed commitments, this has moved beyond unfortunate delays and simply into poor business practice. I thus cannot recommend Kingdom Aquatics based on my experience.
