Zwelithini Zikhali assisted me when I contacted Kingprice to make changes to my policy . He was polite; asked pertinent questions and suggested helpful solutions. I wish all help desks that I call during the day are as Royal and Superb as King Price . Thank you Zwelithini Zikhali, you are a bright shining star to your company . The servie received was 5 star.
