zero follow up

Despite the fact that it took King Price almost a month to get back to us about booking our car in after sending us a claim report (you kept getting the sales department to phone us to sell us insurance instead of the claims department). Now our car is going in for repairs tomorrow and we haven't had any feedback on how to get our rental car which is part of our policy) I have kids that need to go to school! You guys are impossible to get through to or get info from.
