Your plan is not to payout

How I regret the day I took up a stupid policy with King price insurance, I always wondered why they tell you about the decreasing premiums and not mention hidden agendas. After paying the premiums every month on time thinking my car was covered not knowing am just giving away free money. After I had an accident their main aim was to try and find a reason not to pay out. A ***** biased investigation was conducted. Firstly they questioned me and I told them I am not the regular driver and proved it. The so called investigator Karen Vdbaan clearly mentioned her intentions in the middle of our conversation that is to make sure no pay out is made. After calling the regular driver they used poor subjective questioning to force someone to say answers they want to hear unfortunately they didn’t accomplish that. Seeing that they failing their case they further interview the work security who told them similar information I gave them. However it wasn’t enough they then interview my workmates who also told them similar information trying to find a loop hole. I ended up withdrawing the claim because I was fed up, and realise that it will take me longer to drive my car ever again. Clearly they were never going to pay out because if you looking for unnecessary tiny mistakes you most likely to find something similar. After all the main aim was to try to get a loop on how they will never pay. Why does the whole world has to be interview about my personal life? They were asking if I drink alcohol and if they have seen me speeding and how do I park. That wasn’t enough they went further to ask for my Gmail account to try to see my whereabouts over months. I feel everything was irrelevant to the accident, my email address is too personal. To those who have policies just be careful of such small details which can be used as an escape goat not to pay. Seeing that this was a long process I have withdrawn my claim funny enough Karen promised that my car will be towed back to my address surprising they said it will be definitely be yesterday lunch time till today it hasn’t been towed none of the King price consultant or A1 has called to explain. Now I have to follow up trying to get my car back which I still do not have. Very ridiculous
