I sent a request via KP website to cancel my car insurance as I was retrenched and have not found a job.

I received a call this morning from Adele. She listened to my problem and proceeded to try and help me lower my premium instead of cancelling my policy altogether.

She was very empathetic (which is what you need when you are trying to manage your budget with no salary coming in).

Adele is a real asset to King Price, there should be more customer focused staff like her in every business.
