You will never be able to cancel with King Price

I am utterly disappointed in King Price. I got insurance through King Price and with in the same week tried to cancel my insurance. I sent 3 emails to the effect as well as discussing the matter with 3 different managers at King Price. It was to no avail. They still collected the first debit order and refused to return the funds. After I reversed the debit order they had the audacity to call me and tell me that the debit order needs to be collected double. I then explained to the guy that I canceled my insurance with King Price and that no debit order was suppose to be collected. They simply don't listen, they just carried on explaining prices and what they offer compared to other insurance companies. Needless to say, my insurance with them has not been cancelled. It is such a shame really, as when I first took out my insurance with them, they were so helpful and their client service was impeccable. But with this said, be careful if you decide to take out any insurance with King Price. Once you are in, there is no getting out.
