You will need an OMBUDSMAN when insured with KP

I remember reading a review about KP from a dissatisfied client...This client wrote "when you insured with KP, you must make sure that you have the OMBUDSMAN on speed dial"...this soon became a reality for me as KP rejected my claim and refused to give me the Expert Report used to come to this conclusion. I then contacted the OMBUDSMAN and shared my dissatisfaction. The OMBUDSMAN got this report and forwarded it to me. When I read the report, I quickly understood why they withheld it. One of the reason, was that their Expert altered the driving directions just suit their conclusion. I never thought they would go to such an extent to reject a claim.
