You need to read this before insuring with these guys....
I registered a claim, builder/accessor was here and after more than 3 WEEKS of hearing absolutely NOTHING from the insurer, the builder/accessor phones me to tell me that he has been informed to close the file. Really King Price, is this how you handle your clients. Not even a call to explain to me. Pathetic service, in fact NON EXISTENT is more appropriate.
