You'll have issues getting back to the same financial position you were in before your incedent

<p>I was hijacked and kidnapped in January. there was damages to my car amounting to R30 000 and all in all the labour quoted was one day. I was without a car for more than 1 and half months for something that should have taken a day to repair. i complained about the supplier and to my knowldege nothing has been done to help the next person. a month and half's worth of travel cost i had to foot out of my own pocket.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not only that i told KingPrice that my car had addtional unforseen damages as i was in the car at time of hijacking and they hijackers drove my car like dominic toretto from fast and the furious except that they couldn't drive. they took speedbumbs at 100km per hour. needless to say when i took my car in for a service they found some of the underlying damage i suspected. i complained and complained. the claims assessor phoned me and said he'd get back to me the next day, it is now more than two weeks later and nothing after that call. i have 3 bent rims and a mud tray missing and who knows what else they have broken.</p> <p> </p> <p>i suggest you go with Outsurance whoever reads this as you get what you pay for. a friend in a similar incedent got his car written off with them and got a brand new car. You won't be in the same financial position you were in before claim if you stick with king price and pay that little bit less.</p>
