You consultants are always kind

You consultants are always kind. I do however feel that being a loyal customer for almost 9 years.. the premiums I pay is literally just for comprehensive and hail damage.. I tried to put a claim in for scratch and dent only to be told that I do not have the cover but can claim through accidental however if the damage is below my access amount it would not be covered and I would have to pay for the damage out of my pocket. I have never had any hassels regarding my claims in the past.. but am dissapointed that I pay so much for so little
