You better look after this lady

<p>Why is it that i always have to first speak to 5 horrible people working at King Price before i get to someone that is just awesome likeSakini Ntuli. Really guys all i can tell you is look after this lady she is a gem! Let me tell you that you had two consultants that rubbed me up the wrong way with their sarcasm, arrogance and plain stupid advice. By the time poor Sakini took the call i gave it to her, i gave her all the grief and all the frustration buildt up from all the other not so helpful King Price minions. </p> <p>This lady was patient, she was so respectful, she was deep breathing that side like you cannot believe not to loose her cool because i was throwing every toy i had out the cot and she took it and dealt with it! Am i proud of myself - NO .... But a person just reaches a point where your head wants to pop off your body cause it just feels like some of you go out of your way to be extra difficult. After all was done i did apologise, because all my irritations was not with her but with the systems and then procedure and the few idiots in between and i did commend her on her great service. BUT YOU NEEDED TO HEAR IT FROM ME THAT YOU NEED TO LOOK AFTER HER CAUSE SHE IS DAMN GOOD AT THIS!</p> <p>Look i will be dead honest if it was not for her i would have cancelled the policy! </p> <p> </p> <p>Sakina dont let anyone change you, and dont let anyone tell you you are not good - GIRL YOU ARE UNBELIEVABLE! I have already sent it to the bank and they are very pleased! I know i gave you a head ache and im sorry - i was really under imense pressure and i SSOOOO APPRECIATED YOU TODAY!</p> <p>A million thank you's!</p>
