Yesterday I called in to make amendments on my policy and Mpho from retentions amended my policy and gave me a nice premium reduction without affecting my benefits
Yesterday I called in to make amendments on my policy and Mpho from retentions amended my policy and gave me a nice premium reduction without affecting my benefits. He educated me on the policy benefits which made it easier for me to make an informed decision. Thats what I call royal service.
