Hi Hellopeter , My name is Nhlanhla Msimanga I was driving on the N17 road before carnival tollgate, I lost control and the car hit the barrier. The assessor phoned and he told the car is going to be a wright off and I asked him if everything is ok. And his respond was he does not see anything that might lead to them not to pay. So I asked him if the license disc and the tyres and he told me everything.

After few weeks the insurance guy asked for my bank statement to see if I didn’t buy alcohol. Then after few weeks they told me they went to tyre specialist to find out if the tyres didn’t course the accident.

The tyre specialist said it did Then they refused to pay
