My wife was involved in a 3 cars pile up accident while her vehicle was in the front. The car in the middle which hit my wife’s car is a King Price client. The accident was reported and a claim submitted. The 3rd party claim was rejected after a long wait and dealing with an unfriendly consultant. They said the person responsible for the chain accident is the one we should pursue. It never occurred to King Price that their client would not have hit my wife’s car had he allowed a ‘reasonable distance’ which means he could have app**** brakes on time. Very disappointing cause King Price did not even call my wife to hear her side of the story. They just email you their findings.

Well I have sad news cause we will be following up with their client for damages cause for this accident, in his personal capacity. I wonder if hat he would think since he had 3rd party insurance taken.

So easy to be taken for a ride. Not gonna leave this one until I’m satisfied about whose responsibility it is.
