Xanda-Lee Pretorius for president ??

My professional background is auditing so I can be quite analytical & tend to notice poor quality service / products easily. I am a fairly new client and was very skeptical when King Price was first recommended by my broker. But after having dealt with Xanda - Lee Pretorius this past week, all my concerns have vanished.

I unfortunately had an incident after only 1 month into my new policy. My claim wasn’t a simple one as I first tried to recover, with my own legal assistance, from a third party and then finally decided to phone the King Price team as a last resort. As I haven’t claimed often over the years, I wasn’t fami**** with insurance protocol. But Xanda-Lee educated me on procedures without sounding like it’s being read from a piece of paper. Her industry knowledge speaks of experience. How refreshing to talk to someone who knows their product!

Apart from being reassuring & sympathetic she was also professional and acted with integrity and professionalism. I wouldn’t have it any other way. An extra bonus is the fact that she is equally comfortable speaking english or afrikaans to us Durbanites used to hearing english only.

I hope King Price looks after her - she sure is an asset to the company’s image. Highly recommended for vehicle insurance ?
