Xanda-Lee Pretorius: claim payout

I had a burglary in January. I replaced all the ****** goods before my claim was settled. Once settled, I was informed that the ****** goods will be replaced by New World. I did not want the goods as I already replaced it myself. I contacted King Price after 7 months for the refund of my claim.
