Wow they never stop surprising me
On the 7th November i submitted my claim and the following day wich is the 8th i received and email from Ompilela for documents which i submited and o only received acknowledgement of my email 4 days later and i have been calling to follow upnl on my claim without any assistance. I only received a first call from her tuesday , which is a week later requesting for proof of ownership which i do no have hance i have had the phone for more that 5 years and now again she went quite again, its over 2 weeks now and im not getting any assistance
