WORST experience with an insurer. We got in an accident and wanted to claim, we got no feedback in a month, we had to call every time, and with every call, there is a 1000 excuses why the claim has not been approved. Our excess is R8000 because we are new clients?? What's the use of insurance if you have to pay the whole amount almost. We loaded the claim after one week and no feedback we called and they told us the claim was denied because we didnt follow up?! After we sorted that we waitied another 3 weeks. 4 Weeks without a vehicle. Still they want to use 2nd hand parts on my vehicle and pay as little as possible. Dont recommend this insurance for anyone. All friendly and what not when you apply or join, but as soon as you need to claim no one wants or can help you.
