WORST SERVICE KING PRICE

The worst experience ever!!! i was insured with King Price for nearly 3 years. My brother was involved in an accident with my car which was covered under the policy meaning the access would be higher as he was not the regular driver, calling the consultants for feedback on the claim was torture and always had no clue as to when the claim will be finalized. One month later after the incident i received a call that the claim was rejected because my brothers license was restricted to wearing glasses and he did not have them on when he was involved in the accident. I asked the consultant named (Mahlodi Mathiba) who finalized the claim who this witness was that claimed my brother did not have his glasses on. I even asked her IF it was the people my brother had the accident with and she stated they were not available via cell phone and stated THAT HELP 24 TOW TRUCK confirmed this. HELP24 TOW TRUCK came after the accident so how could they be a witness!! The rejection letter i received was that the Licence was not valid WHICH WAS!! It was suggested i contact the dispute office and this took another month to finalize as Claims Management at King Price was never in the office or some sort of story. Cherie Wilson finally agreed with the claims department that my brother was not wearing glasses at the time of the incident (and this was a 2 page documents of the witnesses the claim dept found. First rejection letter the outcome was not a valid license; the 2nd rejection letter a 2 page documents giving me details of the witnesses and not witness as what Mahlodi mentioned the first time. witnesses has now multip****!! I want phone records of their so called witnesses and also phone records of the conversation between Mahlodi and my brother. i have dates and times of all Mahlodi calls to me and need those recording..... PEOPLE BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE WITH KING PRICE AND YOU RESTRICTED TO WEARING GLASSES THEY WILL NOT PAY YOUR CLAIM. THE PEOPLE THE USE AS WITNESSES IS HELP24 TOW TRUCK SERVICES THAT IS CONTRACTED TO THEM. Help24 tow truck service i must say gives you the reassurance that your damage car is in good hands and not to worry after the accident but they stand as witnesses for King Price not to pay a claim... I could have **** and said i was the driver and i could have reported the accident maybe i would have been paid out by lying . KING PRICE IS A DISGUSTING COMPANY WITH VERY BAD SERVICE BUT WHEN SIGNING YOU UP THEY THE BEST!! : CLAIM No. C ********** : KP **********
