Worst service in my life from king price

So once again the worst service when it comes to claims from king price again. When it comes to signing you up they go all out but when you want to claim, boom and there is no service. Im struggling now for over 2 weeks just for king price to prosess my claim and everyday i ask for feedback and i get ignored. This is probably why king price cant keep their clients and i will use my influence wherever i can to get clients not to get insurance from king price because off the worst service ever.
