Worst Service Ever Received

I lodged a claim with the insurer (KING PRICE), over a month ago, decision was made that the vehicle has been written off.<br> Sent them all relevant documents and almost after a month, they are still not paying out, nor have they made any attempt to liaise with your bank. It takes ages to get through to their call centre, and if you do get through, there is nobody who can give you any feedback, and promises that somebody or the manager will call you back.<br> THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS AS THEY PROMISE.<br> I am truly struggling to get KING PRICE to pay the claim. <br> KING PRICE IS THE MOST DISSATISFYING INSURANCE PROVIDER EVER IN MY OPINION, THEY ARE VERY CONSISTENT IN DEDUCTING THE INSTALLMENTS BUT WHEN YOU HAVE TO CLAIM IT TAKES AGES AND YOU DON'T RECEIVE THE ROYAL TREATMENT AS THEIR NAME SUGGESTS.
