Worst service ever experienced

Horrible experience, pathetic service, no one seems to know what’s happening or care to give an update during a claim process. Matter escalated to a “****hca” who’s supposed to be a manager/supervisor, she didn’t even bother to respond to my emails or call me to engage me a customer. Clearly customers are not valued & will take my business elsewhere, where I’m valued & engaged.
