WORST SERVICE EVER

Well its actually stupid to even give 1 star for the ****pest service we have ever received from any company even the **** ones...i feel that there should be an option of no star or minus stars Reported an incident on the 5th of Feb, got approved and then NOTHING no response no calls no email responses i get read receipts my mails got read but NOTHING threaten them with Hello Peter, Insurance Ombudsman and stil no response or reply they are quick with "good service when you sign up but put a cliam through then silence when you get through to an agent you get we will call you back in 5 minutes then and nothing no one ever calls you back this is the worst service i have ever come across but i guess their add is correct "Super Cheap Insurance" you pay for what you get cheap insurance with amazingly cheap service... and i'm sure no one will respond here either as ... i will tell everyone i recommended to cancel as this is a joke insurance company...
