Worst service ever by any insurance company

I was SOLD my policy with wonderful service from a consultant promising me that my premiums DECREASE annually with my car value decreasing. Everything was going to be amazing with this company. BUT apparently what I was NOT told is that the decrease is a few cents per month - so my premium went from R813 a year ago, to R808 now - ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!!!! And now they want to INCREASE my premium by R140!!!!!!!!!! Try to get them to reply to an email so I can get clarity IN WRITING???? Never - they keep on phoning. I used the whatsapp chat line - they tell me an agent will call me. After 2 weeks of this ridiculous nonsense, I eventually answered their call. The so-called SENIOR consultant told me I need to understand that everything goes up!! And that if I want to cancel, I must say so and he will organise it.

WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is this the way to deal with a client? I am shocked and disgusted. Please be very careful. King Price is NOT what they say. I feel that I was **** to. And now they dont care.
