Worst service ever

The worst insurance ever, we have car and house hold insurance comprehensive plan, but when it comes to claiming for a break in, after we submitted the police report and case number, the proof of items and all, not one phone call or follow up or any communication from their side, only a decline on claim, then the more i call them and ask to speak to a supervisor or legal department or to the person that delt with the matter, no one calls you back or helps you, so when it comes down to taking my premium im good for that, but claims they sommer decline you for no reason or descusion and then refer you to fight for it with the ombutsman
