Worst service ever!!!!!!

I have been through the most with this insurance, they were wonderful until I had a claim, first my car was towed to tow trucks drivers house, where he left it by the side of the road, King price said that was J L Panelbeaters issue as I was told it was towed to J.L Panelbeaters but they will sort it out with them. Concerned citizens who knew my car kept calling me worried about the area where my car was kept, when I went and saw it was my car and many other cars. J,L Panelbeaters stores the cars there I guess. Eventually, 2 days later after several calls made to King Price my car was taken to J.L Panelbeaters storage. Fast forward accident was on the 4th of June 2020, claim was approved on the 17 June 2020, but yesterday when I went to J. L Panelbeaters 03 July 2020, no repairs done to my car, I was told they only received approval/authorization on the 2nd of July. My car hire is expiring 5th July mind you, I was woirried, I had sent an email 2 July to Monty who had said I must contact him regarding my claim&repairs going forward, he did not reply until I called King Price and told Anita who has tried to be helpful, then only does he responds and apologises. When I spoke to Anita she said she has extended car hire for another month but when Monty rep****, he told me its been extended for 7days. Listen to this when I went to J.L Panelbeaters, I was told by Shereen that my car will not be ready anytime soon. How do I go about without a car, last we spokje they were going to let me know to when will they extend car hire for but I guess they will get back to me on Monday or I will have to call them as per norm. I am so disappointed with their service, I have been through the most and the nightmare continues. I cannot wait to have everything sorted out and tell my friends that I had asked to join King Price as it was "perfect" before I had to claim, that we must leave while we still can because woww!!!!!!
