Worst Service Ever!!!

Worst service ever!!! I have a claim that has been approved but I do not receive any communication or updates whatsoever.

Like always ,I call to check on the progress and spoke to a very rude GIRL who addressed in a very rude and condensending tone. She did not give me a chance to speak but kept repeating herself over and over again as if she’s speaking to someone who’s being done a favor and has not paid for the services which is supposed to be rendered!!!

I’ve registered a claim on the 4th of Jan 2024, it’s a month later and I’m still sitting without my vehicle. Instead of having someone answer your call and hear you out I’m being dissmissed??? It doesn’t look like I’m getting value for my money mo or treated fairly as a client. Le tlwaelana gampe!!!
