WORST SERVICE EVER!

Imagine this; You are in a car accident and your car is taken with no means of transport, you arrange transport to go and open an accident report form as the insurance requested a reference number. Almost a month later your claim is still not sorted you are stuck with no car you constantly have to call in speaking to different consultants being **** to about the progress of your claim sent to piller and post and all the way to JMPD because suddenly they now need the full accident report form and no longer just the reference number. Still being charged for the accident report form you could have gotten for free if they had communicated correctly and on time. I’ve been with king price since 2019 and this is the service I get after my accident? You keep calling and then you keep hearing about how they need something new to finish your claim? If thats the service you want choose king price :)
