WORST SERVICE EVER

<p>i am insured with King price. {claim CK ********** /1} On the 4/02/17 my vehicle has been ****** an recovered a few hours later</p> <p>i am been given the run around by King price the car is apparently a write-off ,but nobody can give me a clue as to when will this matter will be resolved .I DONT EVER GET CALLED BY ANYBODY at the insurance</p> <p>i have to call ALWAYS for updates which i am always told it has to go for signing off from one department to the next ?????????i have no idea as to when will they settle the bank so that i can move on an buy another vehicle .If a vehicle can be repaired for R205K They KING PRICE rather opt. to write off vehicle an pay out R418K ....................? NOT SENSIBLE I was so desperate i even wanted to sign a discliamer so that i dont take a loss on my car, they refuse. Anyway i hope this exposure help an i get some closure. DONT EVER USE KING PRICE !!!! </p>
