Worst Service Ever!

<p>A client of King Price drove into me on 10 December 2016 (this matter is still ongoing at this moment). After obtaining a case number, I obtained x3 quotes from three different pannel beaters, clear pictures of the damages, a "no claim letter" from my own insurance and multiple phone calls and emails later, I am still no where and the car is still damaged. They refuse to pay out the claim saying that the assessor has done a digital assesment and that it is not needed to replace the car's bumper. Surely three different pannel beaters can't be wrong. They also refuse to send an assessor to come and physically inspect the car (something which I have requested numerous times). On one occassion, the "liabilities consultant" , Lesedi Masilela said that they do not have assessors in Cape Town, and on another occassion, completely denies that she ever said this and says that they do have, but not in my area. If this is so difficult or if they do not beleive that the damages are so extensive, then why not just send someone?!?! This experience is completely unprofessional to say the least! And now, the case is apparantly with "management" for further investigation. </p>
