This company and the staff I dealt with is seriously ***********.<br> After I submitted my claim to repair my vehicle, they denied the claim stating they want my personal banking documentation.<br> This is the first time I've heard that an Insurance company requires your banking documentation to approve the claim.<br> This documentation is confidential between myself and my bank.<br> My claim was dragged out for a month and a half.<br> Got almost no feedback and updates over this time period.<br> Emile Nel (Claims Assessor)\Musketeer"as they call themselves"
