Worst Phone Repair Claim

i always get best service at King Price and have recommended it to many people but this time i am still surprised. They took my phone to repair the screen now they cancel my insurance and say my phone is written off/******. A lady called Precious Maji is the one who cancelled my policy, without prior consultation or an option to mitigate the problem, she even issues a false letter that she called me. WOW, she basically want to ***** my phone and cancel the policy because the phone is in the insurance hands and all what was broken was the screen, now they say my phone is written off/******.
