WORST INSURER EVER! NOTHING ROYAL ABOUT THEM THEY DONTPAY CLAIMS!!!
My experience with KP has been a nightmare while recovering from a leg surgery THEY DO NOT CARE!!!! King Price is prejudice and lack all levels of Integrity!! This review is based on my experience during an unfortunate incident(car theft). The rejection of my claim is based on non factual information! A finding was done which contradicted the real information about my car readings(my one and only daily car), King Price declined to review or relook holistically into my claim. King Price has loop holed the entire investigation based on factors that did not match and that I was 1 month behind on my car payment, I explained this CLEARLY because I was currently swamped with Medical Bills!!! My VN Number pulled out a different finding from the report stated to me by the insurer's assessor! I requested a second opinion on their report of which they refused and did not share the report with me either.
I am appalled by their services not being fit and proper as per FSCA Regulations. I have had comprehensive cover for almost a decade with KP and yet I am experiencing defamation of my character(called a ******** and that I cloned my key WITHOUT PROOF) as per the assessor Johnathan Breedt!
KING PRICE DOES NOT CARE AND LACK HONOUR NOTHING ROAYAL THERE!!!!even after having been their loyal consistent client.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM KING PRICE ESPECIALLY AS A FEMALE!! THEY REJECT CLAIMS ON NON FACTUAL INFORMATION.
They do not consider the clients information(or best interests of the clients) instead they are so quick to go on about modus operandis (not stated anywhere in my contract that I need to understand how ********s work) when it comes to claims stage.
I sent them my most recent Diagnostic Report(date and mileage) so they can compare with their incorrect report (date and mileage) King Price (Johnathan Breedt) COMPLETETLY AND BLATANTLY REFUSED TO RELOOK AT IT!!
I WILL NOT REST UNTIL YOU DO THE RIGHT THING as you claim "ROYAL PROMISE" to pay out claims!! You have taken advantage of me being a female(thinking I don't understand car reports and mileage etc) and coming with false accusations that you cannot prove!!!PROVE THAT I CLONED MY KEYS???PROVE IT!!!! instead of catching the ********s and ensuring that I am treated like Royalty no matter what......YOU ACCUSE ME AND TELL ME BOGUS STORIES OF MODUS OPERANDI!!!!!
INSTEAD you have made my Healing Journey so MISERABLE that I had to end up on MEDICAL BOARDING because of all the strain, stress and pain King Price has put me through!!!
