Worst insurer EVER

I was in an accident on the 26th of November 2022 in Cape Town and I'm from Johannesburg, but to date my claim has not been approved even after I explained the urgency and did my part to expedite the procedure. I've called in almost everyday no one returns my calls. I swear they could not be bothered how inconvenienced you maybe especially since they only provide a loan vehicle for 30 days. So one day when they do decide to repair my vehicle if ever, I have to some how get back to Cape Town and again drive up to get my car home regardless if Ill be able to afford it or not. I honestly regret having taken out insurance with King Price. My sister inlaw wrote off her vehicle a week after me and her insurer has already paid out and she got her new vehicle.
