WORST INSURER EVER

Your so called 24/7 helpline is just pathetic. My husband has insurance with you (that we will be cancelling) We were travelling to PE and our vehicle broke down just before midnight on the 25th of August. I only reached someone after half past 1 Saturday morning the 26th of August. I told her we need towing services and she asked me the same questions about 4 times. I had to spell the name of the town roughly more than 6 times with her. After my battery died because of having to repeat every single thing after she had all the details , we were stuck at the side of the road untill after 8am on saterday when we had our relatives from PE drive all the way to fetch us. Thank you for the worst service and the absolutely nothing we receive. After all the years off recommending you we will definitely make a wiser insurance choice as your customer's safety obviously means zero to you
