Worst Insurance Nightmare Over Claim . No Royalty here. CKP***/1

I logged a claim with King Price beginning of September ( a month ago) CKP ********** /1 for a vehicle accident i was involved in. Fast forward to four weeks later, the claim is still not finalized. I have been sent from pillar to post, provided all the information required to ensure that i would not hold up any of the proceedings. I am disappointed beyond words . 1. No feedback is ever provided.They never phone you back.I have phoned them every single day for the past two weeks ( check logs) and never have they phoned me or emailed me back.There is just poor communications and the people dont seem to care.Even when i leave messages asking feedback. 2. When i have gotten hold of the claims people, there does not seem to be any progress at all, im stuck with the same status to the claim for a week or more.I am told its sitting with the manager for approval and i don't seem to be in luck getting any approval. 3. Its one thing or the other, almost as if the process is being stalled. Without the settlement of this claim, i cannot even go out to find another vehicle, im literally crippled.I have sent through whats been asked for ,can King Price please finalize my claim 4. I've dealt with bigger insurance companies that have cost more in premiums but at least came through for me on time as expected when it was time to claim, That R3 decrease to my premium every month is worth nothing if in the end, i try to process a claim and my insurance company does not seem bothered.
