Worst Insurance in South Africa - King Price - the King of Bad Service

We towed and took a Landrover to Elrico Motors, the Landrover Specialist, who detected a water damage that affected electricals of the car - a claim was registered with Kings Price who first took the car from Elrico to some expert in Blackheath who knows nothing about the Landrover - and they ended up taking it to N1 City who kept the car for 2-3 weeks even before looking at it and clearly not interested as they claimed that they were fully booked - and of course it was not surprising that they also could not really get to the bottom of the problem - they first thought it was the instrumentation panel and took it away for inspection and only to find it was not the problem - all they told us was that it was going to cost a lot of money which of course work in favour of the insurance. Why did they in the first place took it away from the well-known Landrover Specialist (Elrico Motors) who specialises in fixing mostly older Landrover and has solved similar water damage problems for other cars with other insurance companies.

Don't ever use this clue-less, worst, *********** and unreliable King Nonsense Price Insurance.
