<p>King price insurance. I would like to advise everybody not to insure your house or car with king price insurance. Their service is terrible. When you call for assistance, they put you on hold for at least half an hour.I had a claim this year in September 2018 and now it is the end of November and my claim is yet to be sorted out. They are coming up with different types of excuses for reasons to not pay me out. Each time we have to phone and follow up on your own claim as they do not give you any updates on your claim. You have to get a hold of the assessor and ask him for feedback . If you call the assessor he doesn't pick up and the phone continually rings. I would like to recommend to anyone who reads this, to please do yourself a favour and not take any policy with King Price Insurance.</p>

We are really trying our best to assist you where we can, Megan in our claims department requested proof from you that the sound system you are claiming for was repaired. During a previous incident we realised that your sound system was not in working order. Please supply us with this info in order for us to validate the claim.

I did send Megan all the information, but why is it taking so long, it's going onto 4 months now.
What kind of insurance people are you guys? You take people's money but the claim doesn't go through. Who keeps a receipt for over 8-9 months? You guys are finding all types of excuses for not having to pay me out. I don't know where your employees are from. How can your staff not help me. I had to get a short term ombudsman to help me fight my case. Up till today, my car is still damaged. So people out there, is this what you want to go through? They took my car to a 2nd hand auto electrician shop. There's different types of people driving your car and they put a 2nd hand switch into my car. How much more is it costing me to run up and down. You guys took all my premiums that I paid but the service with you isn't up to standard that's why I've been phoning around for other types of insurers. People that should work for you guys has left you. How long more must I wait for you to sort out my claim and he damages to my car.
I would like to tell everybody out there to please have a look at this and send a message to your family and friends that king price insurance is not the way to go. Their employee staff are from the street.
