Worst insurance ever, please stay away !!

Ny husband joined this insurance in 2022 and honestly it was a huge mistake, he was involved in a car accident on the 18th of March and we informed the insurance, firstly the assessor says he got our claim a week after we made the claim, they've been investigating my husband, interviewing people and still haven't reached a conclusion , he keeps telling us how busy he is when we call to check on how far our claim is. Eventually he told us that the car is a write off but yet he's still investigating us. We just want this claim to conclude so we can know how to move forward, the call center is not helpful, they're rude and so is the car hire company they use. Everything has been unpleasant with this company. Don't do it!
