WORST INSURANCE EVER (N. B, MY EXPERIENCE ONLY)

Someone hit my bike on the 21st Dec and till today the insurance keeps asking me irrelevant things. The worst case is they are asking me to provide them with Go-Pro Video? What kind of ******* is this, did I ever mention anything about Go-Pro let alone who said all bikers have Go-Pros? They have been asking me to send pictures through the whole process including the before images, yet when you take the insurance you are asked to do "INSPECTION" which is actually uploading images of your vehicle when you take the insurance. So why are you still asking me for pics prior accident when you have them? I have EMAILED APP screen shots confirming that "INSPECTION IS DONE". I regret leaving MiWay honestly. My claim number is CPK***/1. If you don't want to pay just say it stop abusing me, I did not cause the accident and even the police report should stipulate this clearly. I am treated like some sort of ********. You event went to check my credit report and I think you got embarrassed too right. So you are looking for a reason not to cover? THE ONLY GOOD SERVICE I GOT IS FROM PETRUS VISSER, & YES THE "CALL Back SYSTEM" IS EFFICIENT.
