KING PRICE

<p>I recently moved my car insurance to king price, worst decision I've ever made. first the person who did the quotation for me put my gender as female so that they may give me reduced premiums, this was done without my knowledge, having told them explicitly that I am a male. the retentions department picked that up, did an investigation and found that their employee was in the wrong, they then decided not to increase the premium( for the time being). I then sent my policy schedule to my lawyers to check, since I knew I could not trust them anymore. indeed my gut feeling was correct, the person who did the underwriting decided to put false information in terms of the number of years I have not claimed. I called king price as soon as I was notified of this by my lawyers, I spoke to a lady named Desiree, she assured me that she will investigate, and get back to me in 24 hours time, that was on the 1st April, she never called. I called them today the 18th April, and spoke to a guy named Chester. he then told me that my premiums have increased by over R300 a month!!! imagine!! he told me that the auditors have indeed found that their employee did put false information and they apologize, and the way forward is that my premiums will increase. basically they are punishing me for being an honest citizen of this country. Can you imagine what would've happened had I got into an accident without noticing this incompetence? they would reject the claim after eating my premiums. I will never ever insure with king price, they are a dishonest firm that will promise you the sky and the moon but fail to deliver, *********** staff just ruined my day. I appeal to anyone reading this to never switch to king price, it's a **** my people, DONT DO IT!!!!! they false advertise for you to insure with them, then increase your premiums to that higher than what you've signed up for. I HATE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. I am moving my insurance elsewhere.</p>
