WORST INSURANCE EVER

I’m actually disgusted at the fact that I have to rate it a 1 star.I have been with Kingprice for 4 years with zero claim I submitted my very first claim for my car on the 28th of February and till this day NOTHING has happened. The person handling my claim “Beyers Mulder” has never prioritised my claim from day 1 I’ve had to call king price over and over again asking for assistance which then I was informed Beyers was as handling my claim and was meant to ask for certain information from me of which I immediately provided. This id the third which of me fighting for my car to get booked in to be fixed. No one has ever called me to communicate anything with me. Last week Thursday I called asked to speak to the manager Reece who has had absolutely no interest in calling me back and hearing what I have to say till TODAY.

I am sick of this insurance and I can safely say this is my last month with them. DONT even bother trusting them all they do is take your money.
