Worst Insurance ever

I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to use king price as their insurance provider!!!!! A claim was registered with king price on the 3/08/15, King Price arranged for my car to be towed to a panel beater of their choice( Nu wagon) who then sent out assessors to assess the car. The assessor called us to advise that the damages to my car would be R2500 and because this amount is less then my excess I can authorise the panel beaters to fix the car and pay for it. My husband and I then went to the panel beaters to authorise this and lo and behold we were told that the damages are more than R2500 and therefore they cannot fix it however they will check the car and give me a correct quote, they then came back to me with a quote of about R16000 which is more than my excess so I have been calling King Price and can never seem to get through (not surprised there), I have left numerous messages but they have not gotten back to me another reason they are terrible and pathetic. They have given me a courtesy car but only for 30 days, those 30 days are almost expired, Their claiming process is awful and their assessor is dreadful, I wouldn't recommend any clients to them, Stay Away!!!
