Worst insurance ever

This has to be the worst insurance ever!!! Car had an minor knock on the 17th of November. And the car is still not back a whole month later. Everything they delay, claim was submitted by the 19th of November. It's not even a accident where you would understand them taking so long. One thing they are good at is incompetence. From authorizing claim to getting car to mechanic took a full month. Now they claim autoshop is closed but autoshop confirmed they not closed
